So, the question has been asked, the answer given and you are on your way to making the dream a reality. You are about to begin your future life together as a married couple – it would be a privilege to start that journey with you. It’s more than likely that you have never had to think about planning something as significant as your Wedding Day before but we have and we love it.
The first step is to contact us, either by phone, email or the wish list. It’s really important that we know as soon as possible when you want to get married [a season helps if you haven’t quite decided on the actual date] and your budget - our minimum fee is $650. We will then get back to you and let you know our availability. An important part of the process for us (and for you) is to chat about your wedding. This gives us the opportunity to begin to get to know you, your likes and dislikes and also to get a sense of your unique needs - after all, you aren't like everyone else! It would be great if we get the opportunity to meet face-to-face but if it’s easier for you, we can take care of everything by phone or email.
Once we have received your ‘Wish List’ and probably asked a few extra questions, we will provide a proposal together with picture boards of three locations and/or venues that we have closely matched with everything you have told us. To help you make your decisions, the proposal will show the associated costs together with when, where and how they need to be paid. Our company is registered in Ontario [as well as the UK] and also banks there, so we can deal with all contracts and payments on your behalf.
