Our Commitments To You

We will do all we can to make your dream day become reality. Once you contact us, we ask you complete the Wish List to give us the basic information we need but we WILL ask for other details that help us to get the right place and people for you.

You will get a detailed proposal for three venues or locations based on the information you give to us. We cannot guarantee a time frame [but we will be as quick as we can].

Once you have made your decision, we will issue a simple contract between yourselves and Ontario Inspirations Ltd [our company] with a clear explanation of the non-refundable deposit and cancellation charges. This contract will enable us to enter into the required contracts in Canada with the venue and suppliers.

We have a minimum charge of $650 for which we guarantee you 5 hours of our time and a face-to-face meeting with your venue and suppliers. After this our fee is negotiable. All charges are payable in Canadian dollars into our Canadian bank account.

In Return We Ask

Please understand that gathering information can take time – replies do not always bounce back immediately and mornings are out as Ontario is still asleep!

That whilst we will do all we can to help you, Ontario is not Vancouver, or Whistler, or Banff, or Calgary, or Winnipeg, or the Rockies - and if that is where you want to be, we aren’t. Maybe one day, but not just yet.

And finally, please remember Ontario is 5hrs behind the UK and if we tell you that we are there, try really hard not to call at 9.00am [UK time] when we will be fast asleep!
